I encountered an error in the mailing of my subscription where I hadn't received the last two monthly issues of GAMES magazine. That subscription ultimately had to be cancelled two years into a three year subscription. This was infuriating at first. However, customer service was very prompt in response to my emails and courteous in their solution to the problem. They reimbursed me the difference between the two-year and three-year rates. Additionally, they provided a $20 credit on their website towards a different subscription. So they really went above and beyond to make things right. I would recommend them based on this overall positive customer support experience!
