Shocking customer service. Bought a treadmill which was faulty. Agreed full refund once returned - Sportstech arranged return by courier XDP, who have failed to collect on three occasions now - no telephone contact available - no response to emails - no web chat agents available ... will not be using again - still awaiting refund.
