Wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing but unfortunately my research was based on the treadmill performance which was good. If only I could comment on that! I ordered f10 folding treadmill late January and it said it would be dispatched 13th February. Treadmill finally turned up 25th February. When tried to put together discovered the console part was way too wide for the basis. Emailed sportstech on 26th but no reply.Phoned Germany 3rd March and did eventually manage to speak with someone who spoke English. He told me I was the third call that day about the same issue, that the console had been made too big and they’d send me a new one! He said I’d get an email in a few days confirming dispatch.It is now 17th March and not even had an email!!! I’ve now got a treadmill stuck in my conservatory I can’t even use!Tried calling again on 12th March but when I eventually spoke to someone and explained the problem there was no apology and I was told there were delays in shipping to uk. When I politely said I wasn’t happy I got cut off!!!Anyway I emailed again that day and surprise surprise no reply!!!I’ve put a claim in through my credit card which I paid for it with so hoping I’ll get refunded my £388 which they had back in January.This company is an absolute disgrace with no customer service whatsoever. Don’t touch with a barge pole!!!
