Awful company! Avoid SPORTSTECH at all costs! They are such a scam company. I paid £909.00 for a treadmill last spring; it arrived months later than promised, and they responded to my emails in German. The treadmill eventually arrived in June - and broke in December, even though I’m only 10 stones and use it for walking, after a hip injury. After 3 months of phone calls and emails from me, most of which have been ignored, I was told today (15.03.21) that I would not be given a refund. An utter waste of time and money. I have contacted a lawyer. This kit is not made to last, and customer service is non-existent.
