I went through the same experience as everybody else so I will not tell you what happened. Like most of you I have tried to get in touch with the company with no success. I originally ordered an exercise bike from SPORTSTECH, so yesterday I decided to write to them and complain about their third party vendor INNOVAMAXX and boom I got a reply! see belowI ordered by bicycle on the 14.04.20 and the website stated that the bicycle would be available from the 22.05.20. I emailed them several times and asked them for an update, absolutely nothing. To be honest I do not want to wait anymore and today I have found out that the order would not be available until the end of June so I have cancelled the order.I told them to check TRUSTPILOT because they were receiving a lot of negative reviews.I hope this helps others.QUOTE Dear customer, Regarding your order we have a message for you.
