The curriculum at Springboard is well structured, and balanced with career coaching units throughout the course (I.e. not simply at the end). That said, an area on which they could improve would be doing a review of the sources/articles they use for some of the units. Some are outdated, others poorly written and some no longer even relevant to an updated curriculum.Still, I give it five stars because of the amazing support Springboard provides: weekly meetings with a dedicated mentor (with the ability to schedule unlimited meetings with other mentors), periodic meetings with a career coach (switching to bi-weekly when the curriculum is finished), and outstanding support from student advisors, career services and other staff at Springboard.
