I have ordered several stars from this site over the last several years for my close family and friends who have lost someone close to them. I wanted the date on the certificate to reflect the day my friend's mom passed, but in huge text it shows the date of the day I purchased it. I messaged customer service multiple times, and their best answer was buying the whole thing over again. I even offered to pay the shipping cost to send a new certificate. I hadn't read reviews for this company in the past, as I have used them plenty, but now as I read through these, I feel a bit foolish. There are several companies that do what they do...do yourself a favor and go with them
