This all took place at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, TX. I work in the mall and I always go shopping or window shopping inside and know not to stop at any stall because of the scams they promote, Straight Ahead Beauty inside of Stonevriar mall is no different. As someone who takes marketing classes for mechanical engineering, in no way should you be approaching customers in money predatory ways. I was reeled in and so were a few other teens which tried to leave but to no avail and caved into buying the product so bless them. This lady pulls me in and sits me down giving me guilt on the get go by hitting me with complements so I don't leave and tries to sell the product for a cheap price by saying this is only for you (which is obviously a lie seeing all the other people be given cheap prices for the same bundle I was given in this comment stream). she even makes me text my mom and boyfriend and makes me prove it to her. As an excuse to get away I told her my boyfriend would buy it for me and I moved into a shop across where I hid because she kept trying to aggressively sell the product. GIRLS WITH COLORED HAIR I am scene/emo and I of course have brightly colored blue hair. In the moment it didn't look like the steam the product uses stripped my hair of any color but when I got back to my boyfriends place the damage was done. It stripped my hair of its color and still left it of its same grainy texture because of how I bleached my hair. Shame on the stall employees this company hires and shame on this product for promoting stuff that isn't even true. STALLS IN MALLS WILL FOREVER AND ALWAYS BE SCAMS AND I WANT YOU ALL TO SEE AND LISTEN TO THIS BECAUSE IM TIRED OF WATCHING PEOPLE GET SCAMMED. Plus it's my graduation day so thank you for ruining part of my hair and creating such a wonderful (not) experience for me.
