Straight Ahead is a SCAM! The products they use at the kiosks are not the ones they send home with you. I got home and used my straightener and it hardly even worked. I let it heat up for what felt like forever and it still barely even straightened my hair. I guess I consider myself lucky in the fact that I got the price lowered from $170 to $100 but I’m still out of $100 and upset with how this experience turned out. On top of it all there are no refunds and only exchanges within 14 days. Save your money people and stay away from Straight Ahead!!!!
