They are very pushy then demonstrate a $300 straightener on your hair you will love then sends you home with a straightener that is worth about $10 that you paid between $90 and $170 for. The receipt says no refunds but they never tell you that. So when you dispute it with your credit card company they will give your money back but this company will fight it and because the receipt says no refund they will give the money back to the company. So the only thing you can do is call local news law enforcement or start a consumer class-action lawsuit. Stay away from this company they are a SCAM! They also own Karma Beauty and they sell the same exact products for $20 on Amazon, Straight Ahead IS A SCAM!
