: Expired and oxidized products – very disappointingI spent over 7,700 NIS on SkinCeuticals products from StrawberryNet between May and August 2025.Several serums arrived oxidized and unusable, and a cream was manufactured in 2023 and close to expiry.When I contacted customer service, they only offered me $20 compensation, which is unacceptable for premium skincare products.This site sells old stock, and their customer service refuses proper refunds.I will never purchase again, and I strongly warn others to be cautious before buying.
