I have used their services twice, shame on me on the second time. I asked for their assistance for an lab assignment. They sent me back their solution. When edited then submitted to the course. I received a 50 percent on the grade. Dissatisfied with the grade i brought this to their attention and they said ,"50% is a pass :)" was the response i received on email back by the company. Astounded by this statement that a 50 or an F is considered passing. I mentioned the obvious, that a 50 percent is not a good quality grade. The study walk employee argued and said the tutor says its quality work and therefore a refund is not eligible. I showed them the professors feedback and yet they have failed to rebuttal what the professor said on the feedback. The tutor doesn't state whether its quality work, the professor who grades it says that. I have given them the rubric to follow, and failed to follow instructions, then tries to make me believe that a 50 percent is passing. Furthermore, on the second assignment the tutor didn't put quote his/her sentences and basic APA formatting and separated to where the author states to where the tutor states as requested by the professor in the class. Study walk said they would re edit the paper, but by the time I got it back it was late, and the quality of work was still less than adequate and this just goes back to the first assignment argument which they believe a 50 percent is passing. I think they need to re-administer metrics on what quality work. Buyer BEWARE, they will not give refunds for their poor quality work, and you pay for a failed grade. I can do that on my own without spending money.
