We ordered the biggest 200mg modalert package and it was held by customs and they required some documents such as invoices and shipping rates info etc.. I requested such documents from modalert and all was going fine, until i requested a needed certificate from customs - "Certificate of Analysis" (CoA) on the 28th of August. They have not replied since. I sent more messages in September and on October the 3rd we received a new tracking number in an email about the order being updated with new status shipped. Unfortunately, the tracking number is untraceable in every tracking website.I am very disappointed since last time everything went butter smooth and I thought I can trust them, but seems not.Order was made on the 31st of July, 2023 , now its the 18th of November.
