The servers arrived with the CD/DVD drives mounted but the connectors to the motherboard were not there. Ou tech took about a day to figure out what the issue was. This was the case on all 3 servers we ordered.
The servers were ordered around the time of the snow storms out East. I understand this is uncontrollable but did not receive any shipment updates through out the period (until we contacted sales).
Though we had these issue we have several Super Logics throughout our company and have had few issues.We will continue to order.
