I've been ordering from this company for over 2 years. If you're looking for a specific Korean skincare product, chances are this website has it with a massively marked down price! Their dispatch times are INSANELY fast, they post your order after 24 hours during the weekdays. Shipping is a little costly but worth it since it's still better priced than most k-beauty stores. However there are two issues for me for this company: 1. Most make-up items are overpriced. 2. Customer service refuses to help if your order is lost or stolen (even if you have a tracking number). This is absolutely unacceptable considering their competitors e.g. RoseRoseShop are extremely helpful during these situations.
