Placed an order and very quickly got an email telling that it had been dispatched. A week later, as nothing arrived I emailed them asking if they could advice about a likely delivery date. No reply.Tried their phone line - no reply, switches to voice mail straight away.Sent many more written communication via their web form, no reply. Raised a case with Paypal and a few days later my order arrives ! Still no communication...
