Unknown to me, I had originally purchased a "hot" bottle from a local golf course, and the lid on it had very limited flow, which is by design but was counter to what I was looking for from this bottle, as I primarily drink ice water. I posted a negative review stating the bottle was great at keeping the water cold, but the lid was awful at actually letting me drink it. Tempercraft reached out and informed me of the issue and even sent me the sports lid to try out. The sports lid is perfect and now I have the lid I need to enjoy this wonderful bottle. What's more, I've seen that Tempercraft is an awesome company with great service, and would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely be looking for more tempercraft products in the future.See original review below:I got a 22 oz tempercraft bottle after looking for something a bit bigger than my hydro flask, and so I wouldn't have to take my hydroflask everywhere. I was excited about the new bottle until I used it the first time. With ice water in it, the flow out of the mouth was almost nonexistent, and even after the ice melted the flow was still very very slow. I put my hydro flask lid on and it worked great. Something about the shape of the mouth or size of the air hole makes this a horrible lid for actually drinking through. I'll have to unscrew the lid every time I want a drink if I keep using this bottle, which is really disappointing.
