I recently ordered 15 feet of 1 1/4 inch ID tubing. Package arrived quickly, but the ID was only 1 inch and they only sent 11 feet 6 inches of tubing.They wanted me to return the tubing with a free shipping label, but I had to make due with it by using some plumbing adapters - my job could not wait for a week or two to get it returned and reshipped.I called customer service, but they claimed the order was the correct length - it obviously wasn't - I measured. In the end, thatfishplace.com would not make any adjustment for my troubles. I am done - will not order from them again.
