I don't know why there are a couple of such negative reviews, but our experience with Brotbox has been nothing but terrific. The bread always arrives in top quality condition. Sometimes the dry ice is in fact fully evaporated, but never has the bread been un-fresh and certainly never moldy. We love the Bürli Brot, Brötchen, Potato Carrot Rolls, “Andalúz” Bread (made again just today), and we can't wait to try the new walnut fig bread. I highly recommend trying Brotbox.
