I absolutely love the bread and the rolls. My favorite is the hearty high rye content bread. Though hard to cut unless you have a really good knife or a bread-cutting machine, it is perfect for a quick lunch: butter, cheese, a fried egg and slices of cucumber on it - and it keeps you well-nourished for the rest of the day. All of the bread and rolls just taste like real bread without the sugar that you get in bread from the supermarket. Another plus is the crust that is so delicious to dig in when the bread is freshly baked! I cannot imagine a weekend morning without a delicious Brötchen with either sweet (jam topped with plain yoghurt) or savory (cheese/ham/fried egg)! So, yes, I highly recommend both bread and rolls.
