I have finally given in. After years of being bullied by BSB, naming amongst others Raphael Ngoy who was instrumental in my mental destruction, I have paid BSB.This organisation is despicable. It uses bully boy tactics and fails to acknowledge any requests for information as to why requests for appeal against demands are being ignored.When Igloo went bust and I was served out of the blue with an unexpected extortionate bill I was ignored when I tried to appeal.Against the threats of CCJs and legal action I have, against my better judgement, succumbed to the Bully. BSB say that they handed in their FCA approval. Was this in fact stripped from them?For those going through the same pain, try and defeat them. I failed. I am convinced that they are acting illegally
