I have been harassed by this company for some years over a supposed debt to Utility Point whom I left in June 2020 having paid my monthly debit on June 10th and the full and final payment on June 24th. My first payment to my new supplier was taken on 8th July. BSB have given me no details of supposed debt, they have sent me nothing in writing, they do not answer phone calls. All they do is send statements with no details of meter readings. And now a threat of court action..
