Got an email today saying that I owed Together Energy £185 from December 2020. Luckily I'd saved all my bills and having gone through them, in fact THEY owe ME £185, so I've asked Thebsbco to pursue this on my behalf! So I'll look forward to getting that back in 7 days - the same amount of time they said I had to pay! Yeah, right! I bet there are some people who haven't kept bills back this long and if I hadn't, I'd probably have just paid it as they were threatening action.I see there's a quite a lot of other people who have had the same issue - it's unnerving and it's WRONG!
