Turned up, suddenly all the electrics go out... weren’t approached once to say we are ever so sorry can we get you some drinks on the house or anything, so we sat in the dark for 5 mins. Then our food came out (despite not having electricity?!) and it was half cooked. We were then moved to part of the restaurant that had some lighting while the staff ran around like headless chickens with lights going on and off but mostly off?! It’s was ridiculous. Not once did someone come over and just put us at ease. These people have no idea on customer service.Once we finished the main, we were then told that they can’t do desserts because the power was down?! I said to be honest you shouldn’t have gave us our food half cooked and that the experience we had is disgusting. They offered a £10 gift voucher and a free drink. Shove it! I’d rather leave my review thanks. The best bit is my son who was with me is a Health and Safety Executive and he noticed the emergency exit lights didn’t illuminate when the power went off. I think he’ll be reporting it.I often eat out in the city, Beccles, Gorleston... and this is truly the worst experience I have ever had. Will never go back and will be telling all my work colleagues and friends to avoid. I hope the offer of a £10 gift voucher was worth it.Don’t even get me started on the food.
