I used The Man Registry for the first time recently and was very surprised and pleased. The customer service was excellent. I had ordered leather weekender duffle bags for the groomsmen and was happy with the gifts, but decided (at the last minute) to add the dopp (toiletry) bags. I contacted The Man Registry customer service and asked if it was possible to rush the order (within 3 days), embroid the initials and get them to me, they did!
