Bought a gravel bike - well over $3k. Seemed to ride ok, but over time there were a few non-critical issues. However months after the satisfaction period was over, I had to take it to my bike shop for tubeless repair and to my dismay I found it was sold as having tubeless tires, but one tire on it was not tubeless ready - hence why it spat out sealant non stop. They also found that the rear hub was for a mountain bike not gravel, and had been shimmed (technical stuff that I don't pretend to understand, but it was explained to me by a highly reputable bike repair shop). 6 weeks and several hundred dollars later, I have the right parts for this bike. Give Pros Closet quality checks, I don't know how this got through. I did not receive a quality bike matching the description but it was hard to tell in the first week of having it. Disappointed their image of being honest and "pros" didn't work out for me.Update: TPC did reach out and make good on the additional costs I had to fix the bike which is appreciated.
