I did not get my order either. I placed an orded for one doll on December 2018 and was settled for a long delivery time since Christmas was coming. Then on the beginning of February I started to wonder how long would it still take and checked the tracking id. According to it they had tried to deliver it to me and the local post had sent the package back because unsuccessful delivery. I never got any notice or call of the delivery and I live in an appartment building with locked gate so they could not possibly deliver it to me without contacting me. I contacted the local post to learn that my contact information was only partially printed so that explains why I never got any delivery info. I contacted the seller by email several times and only after I made a reclamation via Paypal they promised to resend the item to me and I - a fool - believed them. I asked to contact me to make sure the address and phone number would be correct this time but they never replied to me since. I still have not gotten my order nor have I gotten my money back. Lost my money and a lot of my time and nerves.What I learned from all this: ALWAYS check reviews about the store before making a purchase.—UPDATE:The seller noted my review here and offered to do the refund - after 7 months of silence and 11 months after I first placed my order - and asked what they could do to make me change my review to five stars. I clearly replied that I would not do that after all my experiences with the seller but I would like to have my money back and promised to check my review so here’s an update:The seller did the refund and it took them about 20 minutes. After that the seller started to insist I change my review to five stars. At this point I contacted Trustpilot to check this case as I do not like the idea that the seller uses my money as a tool for altering the reviews to their benefit. Trustpilot’s standpoint was clear; my review reflects my own buying or service experience and it should not be influenced by anyone.The seller still keep emailing me, after a month now, about changing my review to five stars in return for them to have refunded me. Still a no for me. I bought an item from the seller and did not receive it - which is not my fault by any means - and it is only fair I finally got my money back. And I surely will not hide information about this exhausting experience with the seller.
