I bought cookware from this company. The lids was broken. And I found it impossible to contact with this company. I've wrote several email, waiting for the "livechat" which nobody reponses anyway. Even the UPS is waiting for their response to deal with the damage package thing. People who's going to buy thing from this company should make sure that the things you're going to buy would not need "customer service", since they don't have this.
