I had purchased my tickets from ticket club - got the seats I wanted and the price I wanted and all was set! Or so I thought! Three days later - yes three - I received and email stating that someone else had purchased my tickets and ticket club would refund my money (which they did - thank you very much!), however, when I went back on their website to purchase a different set of tickets, I could NOT get seats even in the same section that I wanted and of course not the price I wanted either (some of the same seats I had looked at three days ago had increased by $15 more per tickets and they didn’t offer to waive the processing fee like they did on the first transaction). Sooooo I don’t think I would go this route again just because I think they took advantage of me! They don’t stand behind what they advertise!!

It's similar to Amazon Prime, Sam's Club, and Costco - except for tickets. We offer our members tickets without any additional service fees, which are added fees added on (typically at checkout) by almost every company in the industry. These fees constitute most of the profit of many ticketing sites, and can raise the price of tickets from anywhere from 10% to 30% or more.
We don’t charge those fees, and the first price members see on our site for a ticket is the exact same price that the ticket will be at the end too. The only other charge (aside from the tickets) is for shipping, which is variable depending on the shipping method chosen. Our ticket prices are all at Club price, but you don’t need to be a member to see those - anyone can buy tickets from our site, members just don’t pay service fees.See more
