I just bought 2 tickets to a Celtics game. The tickets I bought legend club row 4 seat 21 & 22. So I’m thinking these are actual tickets being the site sell tickets to games. I did research just to see how the legends club seats were but come to find out it’s just a club and can’t see the actual game. I called customer service to explain my issue asking “why are those tickets labeled like that”? The rep told me to sell them to another sucker pretty much on another resale site lol. This crazy now I’m out 300$

We offer our members tickets without any additional service fees, which are added fees added on (typically at checkout) by almost every company in the industry. These fees constitute most of the profit of many ticketing sites, and can raise the price of tickets from anywhere from 10% to 30% or more.
We don’t charge those fees, and the first price members see on our site for a ticket is the exact same price that the ticket will be at the end too. The only other charge (aside from the tickets) is for shipping, which is variable depending on the shipping method chosen.
