BUYER BEWARE OF TICKETSREVIEW.COM!!!!On 8/22/22, we purchased 2 tickets to see Vince Gill/Amy Grant Christmas show at the Ryman Theatre in Nashville. This was for our 24th anniversary. Ticket purchase was approved and my card was charged. The email said that I would “receive instructions on how to download digital tix on 12/18/22”. We planned our trip booking hotels and drove the 12 hours to get to Nashville. Last night, 12/16 I received an email saying, “your tickets to Vince Gill have been refunded”. I called immediately and after a 20 minute hold I was told that yes indeed my tickets were not available and they were refunding my money. Well that’s all well and good except that we just drove 12 hours incurring a lot of cost and expense with rooms and reservations to see this show. His response was “I’m sorry our supplier did not come through with the tickets“. Again these were purchased in August and the show was scheduled for December 20th. I am so disappointed and angry that a company can operate like this and get away with it. Again I say when dealing with TICKETSREVIEW.COM…BUYER BEWARE!!!!
