The digital board stopped working on our safe. I ordered an external battery from TigerKing that didn’t allow us to open the safe. So I ordered the replacement keys, which do work. But in order to receive a new board, I was told I needed to leave a 5 star review before they will send the new board. I am not going to leave a 5 star review until I had confirmation parts were shipped. SAD THAT A COMPANY HOLDS SERVICES HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU GIVE A 5 STAR THAT SO FAR IS NOT DESERVED!!!!!
