I've been buying from TimothyHay for a year now and never had any issues. My rabbits adore this hay, it's so green and the strands are so long and my rabbits have lovely healthy golden poops with this hay. On the few occasions where I've ran out before my next shipment has arrived, I've had to use shop-bought hay (Wilkos, B&M, Home Bargains) and the difference in quality is astounding. Shop bought hay has left my buns with dark poops, little interest in eating hay, and the hay from shops is always brown. TimothyHay is excellent value and excellent quality, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.
