Today was my first visit to this store. I queued outside for 10 min thinking they were busy. Inside I found they were not busy but only allowed one customer at a time at the counter. This meant waiting on other customers who were waiting on the coffee they'd ordered, even though there was ample space for them to socially distance away from the counter. I was surprised that the customer ahead of me had a dog which he was allowed to take up to the counter - in a food store. I was even more surprised when the girl serving coffee stroked the dog with both her hands. Having now queued patiently for 15 minutes I was told they had run out of large sourdough loaves but I could wait 30 min for the new batch. Instead I took a small sourdough loaf which cost me a staggering £3.50.
