I chose the Marlboro ma location for…

I chose the Marlboro ma location for new tires. I purchased 4 new tires with a 4 wheel alignment, balance and stem etc. I had a 3:30 appointment for which I arrived at 3pm for. I waited for the work to be done. At 5:45 I walked outside to find my car sitting in the parking lot. A service agent asked me if I was all set and I asked him if my car was complete. The tires were already installed. He responded with he believed it still needed the alignment. The store closes at 6pm and at that time the employee who does the alignment came out of the bay to go start his car. The first agent questioned him if he was taking my car in for the alignment and his response was no I’m going home. We walked inside and the agent found my keys and paperwork and said “ooh it’s all done.” Then he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t provide me the print out of the alignment because the printer was out of ink. I responded with ok then take it off the bill and I’ll return when you have ink. He said he couldn’t do that and if i returned a different day I would be charged full price for the alignment instead of the package price when buying 4 tires. I asked to speak to the store manager who came out slightly disgruntled and originally agreed with his employee until I explained the situation. He then agreed for me to come back the fallowing day to get the print out and pay for the alignment. I agreed and left. I get in the car and all 4 new tires were filled with different psi. My set point for my car is 36 psi and each tire was the fallowing: 49, 36, 42, 44. I returned the next day and waited for the store to open. The sign on the door says they open at 7:45am. I arrived at 7:30 and the store remained locked until 8am. I walked in and was told they still don’t have ink and that I would have to return later that day. I left and returned to work. My schedule filled up pretty fast and I realized I would not be able to return that day. I called at 4pm to let the manager know I wouldn’t be able to return that day and would have to return the fallowing day. I confirmed with him he had indeed obtained ink for the printer and also explained to him the issue with the various psi they filled the tires with. He said his machine would have to be looked at and maybe the calibration was off. 14 psi off is a big mis calibration. I returned the next day again at 7:45am as posted on the door to find the door locked until 8am. My alignment was done. Print out was received and I was not charged for the alignment. I question if it was done in the first place.
