I am very disappointed. In comparison with the first service action - trademark registration, the service has become very bad.I paid for renew in advance (mistake!), after that no clear infos about terms, actions, only vague replies.I have no idea, how it goes further, no info about next steps, no road map. I don't understand why it became so difficult to make a renewal.And I can't get money back.
