It might be acceptable for a very basic trademark filing, but for anything more complex, the process is riddled with communication issues.Right from the start, I was contacted by three different people, each suggesting different classifications—none of whom had taken the time to properly understand my product or even speak with me directly. This lack of alignment and proactive engagement led to confusion and inefficiencies.My recommendation: educate yourself on the trademark process using AI or publicly available resources. Learn about the classification system, and draft a preliminary application or framework on your own. Then, consult a knowledgeable trademark attorney in person who can provide tailored advice without sending you down a rabbit hole of surprise fees and miscommunications.I won’t be using this service again, but at the very least, I’ve learned what not to do.
