Hi , for the past 4 months I am not able to Log in into my account at their web site of TradeMarkia.com ,and each time I try to log in the system says my Email is not Recognized ,and I did send many letters to their support team and other people involved , but nothing got Fixed and their IT team is not responding to my complaints .I am really worried about this company’s honesty as of not and I filled for USPTO trade Mark registration and paid them the required fees , I could see that my TM was being processed at USPTO.GOV , now I am at the last stage of the process , but want to charge me another fees for this final stage ,I have to find out if that is the norme .However I am really frustrated with their lack of care for my last 4 months of not being able to log into my account at their web site , and hopefully they will not act like a Gold Diggers in my case .The moral damage they have caused me by ignoring my complaints about the logging into my account is great ,I expect to pay half of the amount for the next step to my procedures for finalizing the TM registration to compensate for my agonizing moral damage .And they should respond to my Emails and complaints ,but they ignore and do not show any care ..
