I paid $99 for the "trademark service." Trademark Order #2102574. Got a video chat from Katie Yoches and she say they need to draft a letter of consent. 14 days passed and nothing happened. I have send them a total of 3 emails on different days during these 14 days and there were no reply. So I cancel my subscription as well as terminating their service. The moment I made my cancellation they responded with the consent letter and charge a $200. on my card for the cancellation. I have reported them to the FTC - FTC Report Number 162926397 and asking the bank to recover the moneyCOMPLETE SCAMERS
