initially i had a bad experience. importing my data was pretty clunky, didn't work despite several attempts and then the customer service got shitty and unsubscribed me (after i asked for a refund). however, the next day i got an email from the founder who sincerely apologised and offered to resubscribe me. he explained that they were having a few issues and were in the process of updates and would work with me letting me know when the updates were done and he would ensure that my data importing would be sorted. so a good outcome in the end and was impressed by the apology and follow up which was really nice to receive. haven't actually used the platform yet so can't comment on that as yet.
