Ordered a set of wheels. One tire had a lump in the tread and a gap in the bead that wasn’t noticeable until I drove on them. Once they’ve been driven on all they offer is to process a tire warranty claim. Should have gotten the tires locally so they could have been replaced quicker. Now I’m having to wait on a manufacturer claim. Learn from my mistake, order rims from them but have tires installed at a local shop.
