I ordered two Schwalbe Land Cruiser tires for my gravel bike. Mounted rear tire with no problem. The second tire bulged enough the front wheel wouldn't turn. Upon inspection, there was a six inch section of severe damage inside the tire. I used only plastic tire tools to mount so I am sure I did not damage the tire when mounting.I sent an email to Tree Fort Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I received a phone call from Scott in Customer Service telling me they were shipping a replacement tire that day.Simply amazing customer service! I would give them a couple more stars if the system. Thanks to all at Tree Fort who helped me with this issue.
