Ordered a robe, it was dropped at the wrong pickup point by Canada post and was returned to sender. Annoying, but TC stated they would resend it once received. Cool. I waited well over a month ,checking in a couple of times, and still no word. I finally reached out with screenshots showing that the parcel had been received by their mailroom over two weeks prior. They still claimed the item was never received (despite the screenshots and tracking information) and gave me a hard time about it. I did end up getting a refund after many emails and more runaround than I thought possible. If I hadn’t pressed and bothered them repeatedly they wouldn’t have refunded me, and obviously wouldn’t have sent the robe back out. A real shame since I’ve LOVED everything that I’d purchased from the brand prior (multiple palettes/blushes/brushes/apparel)…and I’m a Trixie fan. Definitely disappointed in the customer service though. I’ll still support the brand and Trixie, but I won’t be ordering from their actual site again.
