You can plan your lessons on a fixed schedule but from my experience they are very flexible with the timings or days. Just message the coordinators and they get back to you very quickly to reschedule or adjust a more suitable timing for you lessons. I always found this very useful as if I was late or I had missed a lesson I could always reschedule my classes so that I don't miss out on any important material.
