This is now my second car with Underwoods of Clacton. I will be honest I wouldn’t go anywhere else and the fact they are local to me is a huge bonus being a very busy working mum!Glyn Lashmar - truly goes above and beyond for his clients.Glyn is there to hold your hand through every step of the process. Which can at times be challenging and frustrating.Not with Underwoods but with Santander Finance. This was my only small whinge as their customer portal was a little challenging but Glyn bless him made it happen as he helped me navigate my way through a very painfully slow system which Santander have in place. But, he managed to get everything achieved!Never any doubt.So, I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous new set of wheels which I can proudly drive about in knowing that Glyn got me the best deal possible.Thank you also to the his wonderful ‘dream team’ that work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that every customer has a first class experience.
