The pandemic has changed my gift giving habits. Normally I try to give gifts that offer my loved ones an experience but since that is much more limited right now when I saw your ad on my Facebook Feed I thought it was a way to give them an experience without having to leave their home. In November I purchased two 3 month subscriptions for friends and two 6 month subscriptions for family and I was so excited to hear their reaction, but that never came. I had thought surely as soon as they received their box they would reach out to me to tell me all the fun things they tried, but they didn't. I didn't think much about that again until I purchased a box of assorted items (this order) that I wanted to put together as Valentine's gifts. It arrived and I was so excited to see all the fun treats, until I realized that almost everything in the box was broken from the cookies to the chips to the hard candies. It was a mess! Then I realized why no one who I had gifted one of these boxes to reached out to me because what they received was such a poor product they didn't want to tell me. I am very disappointed, but even worse I am embarrassed. I am known for giving quality gifts and I thought this would be one of the best, but it certainly isn't. I had not opened any of the items in the box and I would be willing to send it back for a refund, but they refuse to give a refund and will only send more of what I now don't want.
