Universal Yums has horrible customer service. I advised them that the gift box sent to my daughter contained a chip bag that burst leaving chips all over the box and only stains over all the other products. Super disappointing as a present to receive. I tried writing an email advising of what happened and I kept getting an automated response which kept asking for a response at least 6 times. They don't even have real people responding to customer concerns. Think twice before sending a box as a present. No one appreciates receiving damaged goods.
