I have made two orders with this company from their store. First order went well and i was refunded for just 1 item before the package even shipped. A few months later I decided to place an order again. I purchased 19 items. I paid $88. Of those items I received 7 and one item that I did not order. I get if some items were sold out but i checked and some were still available in the store and i was not refunded for any items just charged the full amount when the package shipped. I thought something was wrong when the package was only labeled as weighing 4 pounds and my suspicion was confirmed when I opened the box. I emailed customer support and so far all I have gotten is an email saying “sorry for the delay in getting back to you”. To not receive that many items just doesn't make any sense to me. I really would like my items and if thats not possible, a refund.
