Really poor customer service after dealing with a sales person that was not at all transparent with shipping charges!I ordered large custom rubber carpet mats that were clearly oversized and very expensive. I represented this to my client after making a credit card payment in full to Kate in sales. They sent me the quote first stating that shipping was included. Kate told me that shipping to my home address was not available by the LTL shipper. That’s only used for oversized shipments. Very foreseeable!!So I agreed to pick up the pallet of products at a warehouse in the south end of our county with my commercial truck. Sucked but not a big problem. Then after the sale was paid for and started, I was shaken down for a $895 shipping charge to keto the order moving.After this pickup my client started asking why they weren’t told about this extra charge?? One of my biggest clients. Now Kate is no help, Eric there and Melissa the “office manager” of a goofy conglomerate of 4 different companies is giving me the run around and there is no accountability for a screw up that Kate could have been more transparent about do that I could represent it to my client properly. I also had 4 logo mats to order for another client lobby but they don’t even want to address that!Why bother? This company, particularly their sales staff are just dis organized and unprofessional.
