I have ZERO faith in your 'customer service' system. The funniest thing was you wouldn't port my number which was already associated with your service. Terrible. Never again.Absolutely GOD-AWFUL. They changed their service a few months ago and so I had to create a new login. They were rolling out this 'upgrade to premium voice' thing that required us to have new SIM cards installed. I followed instructions to have my number ported over - only it never was. Activation took forever and gave me a new number. Contacted support about this and they didn't help at all, and then eventually kept marking my inquiry as solved when it was NOT. Their website is buggy as hell. I had service but it didn't even show it on their website - the 'my lines' section was empty. That's when I could even log in at all. I had to change my password every time I wanted to log in, and just today I tried to again - no matter what I did, I could not log in. Everything about this company is horrible. Don't be fooled by their replies here. All of the apologies in the world won't fix your terrible, god-awful customer service and buggy website. The service was somewhere between bad and okay, but what you'd pretty much expect for $10 a month. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Going to try tello, now - which is the same price per month.
